🔄 Return & Refund Policy

⏳ Return Period

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


📦 Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • 🆕 In the same condition you received it

  • 🚫 Unworn and unused

  • 🏷️ With original tags attached

  • 📦 In the original packaging

  • 🧾 Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

⚠️ Important:
Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will send you:

  • 📄 Instructions on how and where to send your package

🛠️ Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception.

If the item is:

  • Damaged 💥

  • Defective ❌

  • Wrong item received 🔁

Contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • 🥗 Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • 🎨 Custom or personalized products

  • 💄 Personal care & beauty items

  • ☣️ Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns for:

  • 🔻 Sale items

  • 🎁 Gift cards


🔁 Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want:

  1. Return the item you have

  2. After the return is accepted, place a new order separately


🇪🇺 European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to:

✔️ Cancel or return your order within 14 days
✔️ Without providing any reason

Items must still be:

  • Unused

  • With tags

  • In original packaging

  • With proof of purchase


💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified if the refund is approved 📩

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method

⏱️ Within 10 business days

Please note: Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
